Dietary Journal: Day 2
May 22nd 2008 03:44
All seems well so far. I do try and not over exert myself throughout the day because I notice more redness in my face the more active I get. My husband says it the perfect excuse to be lazy. I do try and fit some light walking in though. I woke up this morning with an almost normal colour face although it does tend to redden up as the day goes on. I am trying to cut down on the amount of sugar as it's a known rosacea trigger. Such a bummer too because I love my coffee with sugar in the morning, but figure if I can go without the two teaspoons of sugar in the morning, I have "room" for something a bit naughty later in the day when I have the strongest cravings. Here's day 2:
Coffee with sugar, no milk
2 cups green tea with milk
2 slices of wholegrain toast, 2 scrambled eggs with dash of milk, plus salt and pepper.
1 serving of Sara Lee’s Lasagna with store bought garlic bread and my own “special Mediterranean salad”
Did I follow advice on my own cleansing and moisturising routine: : yes
Make Up: no
Glasses of Water: 0
End of day Report
Tingles and Itching: none
Redness: slight as always
Bumps and spots: smooth
Stress: very low
Exercise: very light 20 min walk to and from school
Eyes: clear
