Dietary Journal: Day 4

I woke up this morning and all itchiness was gone and my skin was smooth. Yaay!! Something I did earlier helped as these things usually don't go away. Anyway, I'm all back to normal now so will continue along with this journal. A bit worried on the chicken curry I had today, The curry was VERY HOT. I've only just started to enjoy spicy foods. Could be a bad move though, we will see how tomorrow pans out with the hot curry and beer.
2 wholegrain toast and two scrambled eggs plus milk
Chicken curry and vegetables with brown rice
1 750ml bottle of home brew
1 black tea w milk no sugar
2 green tea
Did I follow my naturopaths advice on cleansing and moisturising : yes
Make Up: no
Glasses of Water: 0
End of day Report
Tingles and Itching: no,
Redness: woke up pink, more redder towards lunchtime
Bumps and spots: my “spot” smoothed out and wasn’t burning or itching anymore
Stress: very low
Exercise: none
