Dietary Journal: Day 5

My skin felt good today. I was still red, between light and medium coloured. I was careful not to stress as I feel my face going hot immediately with even the slightest bit of stress. So far the spicy dinner and bottle of beer have had no effect yet. Phew, let’s keep hoping! Tried to drink water today. Sometimes it’s just so hard. Have noticed my eyes still feel a bit gritty. Felt slightly hot at times. Sometimes I feel like I need to stay in bed all day.
Black tea with milk no sugar
2 slices wholegrain bread with one sliced up banana,
Chicken Wings oven baked with marinade (store bought)
4 slices of wholegrain bread with butter and 2 bowls of homemade vegetable soup
2 cups of green tea with citrus
Did I follow my naturopaths advice on cleansing and moisturising : yes
Make Up: no
Glasses of Water: 2
End of day Report
Tingles and Itching: no,
Redness: woke up pink, more redder towards lunchtime
Bumps and spots: my “spot” smoothed out and wasn’t burning or itching anymore
Stress: very low
Exercise: none
Eyes: Gritty and red
