Dietary Journal: Day 7

I noticed I do redden up more after a couple of beers, that’s so unfortunate as our homebrew is ready and it tastes heavenly. I have tried to hold back on it this week but I really do enjoy the beer and it hasn’t caused me to break out in those horrible painful lumps and bumps, so maybe if I keep it to the absolute minimum, I should be okay. By the end of the night, I look like I have been out on the beach all day. Also my eyes are also get very red especially towards the evening. That can at least be controlled by eye drops thankfully, although I only put them in when absolutely necessary.
Day 7
Coffee with milk, no sugar
Green tea with citrus plus dash of milk
Last bowl of vegetable soup (lasts a while)
Baked salmon with carrots, brussel sprouts, green beans and potatoes plus dash of sesame oil
1 750ml bottle of delicious homebrew beer (yummy)
4 ryvita crispbread with cottagecheese
Make Up: yes (after midday)
Glasses of Water: 0
End of day Report
Tingles and Itching: no,
Redness: woke up pink, more redder towards lunchtime
Bumps and spots: none
Stress: very low
Exercise: none
Eyes: Red
